We manufacture fresh, raw, organic Nut Milk, Entrees and Desserts, in
many different flavors and varieties, and our creations are lively and
delicious.
If you are not familiar with the terms "Living Foods Cuisine", "Raw
Foods Cuisine" and "Slow Food Cuisine", you are not alone. Actually,
since most people aren't, when we describe our work using these trigger words,
we don't get very far and that is just as well: we don't want to give
anyone the impression that we belong to a food-related sect, group or
organization. We are adamantly non-denominational, don't take sides in
dietary debates and, most of all, we don't believe that there is only
one right way to eat.
Because of our unusual approach, to nutrition, to business and to
everything else, we are faced with the ongoing challenge of
defining our vision in a way that people can relate to, and this is why we decided to build this site as a photo gallery.
Simply said, we want our visitors to get what
we do, without
having to read a couple of miles worth of text.
Some say we're from the future, because our ethical and quality standards
are so high that, based on current business practices, we are
considered an impossibility. And yet, with a little help from you, our
friends, here we are, determined to prove that it can be done.
Well, OK. Maybe we do come from the future, but that's not what matters most.
What does matter most, at least to us, is that our products
are made by humans, for
humans,
at a human pace and are in harmony with the highest standards of human
health and nutrition. We are actually paving the way for a whole new
business
concept, one that creates value at every step of the process and is
beneficial to everyone involved in bringing it to completion, including
other-than-human factors such as trees and soil.
We have only just begun our journey and, so far, we are still quite small.
Our horizon, however, keeps expanding into all sorts of possibilities,
some of which involve buying organic nuts from producing countries, such as Senegal, and directly from
the growers, thereby fostering economic development where it is needed
most.
This approach aims at supporting the work of socially disadvantaged
farmers, many of them women, who
are currently unable to reach the most profitable markets and, as a
result, are vulnerable to exploitation on the part of less than
scrupulous traders.
Simply put, enabling farmers to sell their nuts directly to us, at a
fair price, will facilitate economic growth in many places where
poverty and exploitation are currently rampant. Most of all, we
want these farmers' children to be well fed, have access to decent
health care and spend their days in school, instead of working 16 hours
a
day processing nuts, just to make ends meet.
Is that such a
futuristic concept to entertain? We'd like to let our visitors answer
that question for themselves.
On our end, we believe it's the way everything should be.

galactic identity and long term goals, that you'll feel like we've been

Roberta Maria Atti, our founder, is a well known expert
and a pioneer in the fields of holistic health and vegan foods cuisine.
Some of her best Living Foods recipes are featured in the video "Preparing Living Foods", produced by Gary Null. She has taught and written extensively on the topics of health,
psychology, biology and nutrition and she has been hosting monthly "Genetic Resonance Process/Family Constellations Workshops" for more than a decade.
